Miss Maisey
Now that Miss Maisey is one year old, we thought we’d check in and share how much we absolutely adore her. She is the sweetest, smartest, funniest creature and we couldn’t be happier to have her in our lives.
Here are some highlights from her first year:
– She did a fantastic job with obedience training, passing all of the Humane Society’s five obedience classes.
– She LOVES scent work and is really good at it! She’s gotten quite skilled at container, room, outdoor and car searches.
– She eats everything (as Goldens tend to do!), but particularly loves celery, watermelon, apples, chicken and cheddar cheese.
– She is incredibly playful and never passes up an opportunity to run around and wrestle with other dogs. She gets along with everyone and has the time of her life in play groups and at dog parks.
– She’s super cuddly, especially in the mornings and when she’s tired.
– She is terrific with kids, so much so that our dog walker asked if she could bring Maisey in for her son’s first grade show and tell. We’re particularly thrilled by this as we just welcomed Maisey’s brother, Jackson, into the world last month. So far she’s been amazingly gentle with him!

referring you to everyone we know who’s interested in Goldens.

Miss Angel
My daughter and I were so lucky to have found Silas and Rebekah of DF Goldens! From our first contact by phone to our visit to pick up our puppy, we were impressed with their warmth, knowledge, and professionalism. In addition, their dogs are beautiful, calm, confident and very, very sweet. Our sweet Angel is a wonderful addition to our family; we couldn’t be happier!

Mr. Twix
Just thought I would send a couple pics of Twix. He is the sweetest puppy that we have ever had and has turned out to be a great fit in our house with the other pets. Miss Jelly
Jelly is a wonderful, smart, funny, and sweet pup. We had a great experience in working with the Dudgeons. Our 3 year old daughter had as much fun playing with the girls as she did picking out our beautiful puppy. We could tell the puppies and mom/dad were well cared for, socialized, and happy. Jelly fit in right away with our family, including our Russian Blue cat that now shares her bed. She is very easy to train, knows over a dozen commands, and actually stays in the yard without a leash even at 19 months old.”

Miss Bailey
Our experience with Dudgeon Family Goldens was nothing but exceptional! We loved our visit to their farm to pick up Bailey as the family was so friendly and professional. Their dogs were so friendly and well behaved which made our decisions to adopt from them all the better. Our Bailey is the most loyal, friendly and beautiful dog. She has such a sweet heart and loves to be around people and as well as meet new doggy friends. We couldn’t have asked for a better companion!”
Mr. Charlie
Hi Dudgeon Family! I want to share with you that Murphy (Charlie) passed his AKC Good Citizen Exam last night. We are so proud of him and love him immensely. Thanks so much for allowing us to adopt him. He brings so much joy in hour home.
